Colin Steven first appearence is in Volume one, chapter one. His past shadowed, he lives with his guardian Dr. Dustin Garrets. Very little is known about Colin, yet his neighbor & fellow classmate Tory Blake is follow's him around trying to gain as much information as he can. Linking to the Gaia Project, Colin becomes weak and sick durring random times (Or so showen in the manga).

Colin does show a little emotion towards Tory (Even though you have to squint to see it).
