Tory is a 15 boy who appears in Volume one, chapter one. Living in New York, with his Mother (Father's is N/A) and Paul who lives in an apartment upstairs. After running some errands for his mother, Tory notices someone moving in across the street at night. Curiosty got the best of him and he caught his first sight of Colin Steven. Nearly a year later, he manages to convince his mom to send him a private school. Every day, he commute's nearly across the city, just to study Colin.

Tory's feelings for Colin are still unknown to him. But during Volume one, he can be found blushing (from slightly to heavly) around Colin.
